3. Dual Synchronous 42CrMo Forged Alloy Crankshaft & Heavy-Duty Gear Set
Twin synchronous crankshafts forged from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel with overall carburizing & precision grinding, tensile strength 1.3 times higher than ordinary carbon steel. All gear tooth surfaces medium-frequency quenched for high load resistance and low abrasion. Wear-resistant tin-phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1 copper sleeves bear long-term heavy load without easy damage. Double crank design evenly distributes eccentric stamping force, single component fatigue stress reduced significantly.
