Machine Overview

QIAOSEN STC series is an open double-point precision punch press. The number after the model stands for stamping tonnage - STC-110 delivers 110 tons of pressing force.

This machine uses powerful pressure to process metal sheets, cutting, bending and pressing flat steel plates into various hardware parts. Widely adopted by factories producing home appliances, auto parts, electronics and kitchenware.

Double Point Advantage

Two driving shafts inside the machine press down synchronously from two force points:

  • Even pressing force covers the entire worktable - wide sheets and large molds get balanced pressure without uneven depth
  • Stamped workpieces are flat with minimal burrs, no extra polishing needed, higher finished product yield
  • Even mold wear during long-hour continuous production, extending mold service life

Thick Integrated Cast Iron Frame

One-piece heavy cast iron frame with sufficient self-weight and high rigidity. Advantages: No shaking or deformation during high-speed stamping. Consistent workpiece dimensions after years of production, service life over 10 years with regular maintenance.

High-Power Drive Head

Built-in high-power motor and high-precision transmission structure, delivering stable pressing force with adjustable stamping speed. Supports 24-hour non-stop mass production to fulfill urgent orders.

Spacious Worktable

Ample worktable space to install large stamping molds. Multiple fixing slots reserved on the surface for fast mold disassembly and replacement, saving mold change and debugging time.

Safety Light Curtain

Standard safety light curtain. The machine stops automatically once hands or tools enter the stamping zone, completely avoiding stamping injuries. Safe for new operators.

Independent Electrical Control Box

All circuits are protected inside the cabinet with clearly labeled operation buttons. Stamping mode, speed and stroke can be adjusted with one click. Stable circuit system with low failure rate, easy circuit inspection and maintenance.

Multi-Layer Safety Protection

Equipped with emergency stop buttons and overload protection. The machine will release pressure and halt automatically when encountering hard materials or stuck molds, preventing mold and machine damage and cutting maintenance costs.
