STC-160ton V type punching machine is a 160-ton open double point crank punching machine that meets Japanese JIS 1 class standards for safety, energy saving, stability, automation, and high precision.

Performance Features

High-strength fuselage structure with minimal deformation and high precision
OMPI pneumatic dry clutch brake system
Slider with two corner and six-sided guides featuring high-frequency quenching and rail grinding process for minimal wear and extended service life
Crankshaft made of high-strength alloy 42CrMo, 1.3 times stronger than 45 steel
Copper sleeve made of tin phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1, 1.5 times stronger than ordinary BC6 brass
Highly sensitive hydraulic overload protection device to protect press and die life
Standard SMC pressure regulator, oil mister, and air filter
Optional mat (air cushion) available
