ST-35V 35 Ton Long Stroke High Speed C Frame Pneumatic Punch Press for Precision Stamping

Thick Q235 steel plates are integrally welded and treated with secondary high-temperature annealing to eliminate internal welding stress. Low frame deflection under light & medium eccentric load. Three-side open feeding design supports front, rear, left and right feeding, fully compatible with mini uncoilers, straighteners and NC servo roller feeders.

Box-type welded slide equipped with fully quenched & precision ground six-side guide rails with micro clearance fit, minimizing lateral offset during high-speed reciprocating motion. Dual balance cylinders counteract slide gravity vibration, stabilize workpiece dimensional tolerance and extend service life of precision small molds.

Crankshaft forged from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel with surface carburizing and precision grinding. All gear tooth surfaces adopt medium-frequency quenching for low abrasion and stable power transmission. Wear-resistant tin-phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1 copper sleeves reduce daily maintenance frequency.

Low-inertia dry friction clutch with dual imported solenoid safety interlock valves, braking response within 70ms with anti-secondary slide drop protection. Three standard operation modes are supported: inch jog, single stroke, continuous stroke.

Integrated touch screen displays stroke rate, die height, production counter and running status in real time. Stamping speed is freely adjustable, with intuitive parameter setting for novice operators, supporting linkage with automatic coil stamping lines.

Built-in sensitive hydraulic pressure relief structure. It automatically releases pressure and triggers emergency stop under overload conditions such as over-thick sheets or stuck molds, effectively protecting crankshafts, gears and molds from collision damage.

Standard multi-beam safety light curtain, mushroom emergency stop button, two-hand safety operation mode, overload auto alarm and machine lock. All safety components comply with CE and JIS Class 1 mechanical safety standards.

2.3-ton air die cushion is available as an optional accessory with an effective cushion stroke of 50mm. It provides uniform blank holder force to suppress material wrinkling during light bending and shallow drawing forming.
