3-in-1 integrated servo feeder integrates uncoiling, leveling and NC servo feeding three functions into one heavy-duty machine. It replaces independent uncoiler, straightener and feeder, saves workshop space and shortens installation commissioning time. Adopts hydraulic coil expansion, 4 upper & 3 lower precision leveling rollers, YASKAWA servo drive system and Mitsubishi PLC control. With stable feeding precision, excellent leveling effect, strong body rigidity and long service life. Full specifications from thin plate to thick plate available.

All-in-one design of uncoiling, leveling and servo feeding. Heavy steel welded frame with high structural rigidity, small floor occupation, no multi-equipment connection error, easy installation, debugging and daily maintenance.
Hydraulic Automatic Coil Uncoiling System
Large-load spindle with hydraulic expansion and contraction structure. Equipped with material supporting arm, pressing arm and photoelectric frequency conversion buffer loop control. Realizes stable automatic uncoiling, effectively prevents coil scattering and material surface scratching, adapts to heavy large-weight metal coils.
Flip-Type High-Precision Leveling Mechanism
4 upper & 3 lower precision leveling rollers, all rollers integrally quenched and precision ground to HRC62 hardness. Universal joint full-shaft linkage transmission ensures uniform leveling force, fully eliminates internal stress and warpage of metal coils. Liftable leveling head design, convenient for waste cleaning, roller replacement and equipment maintenance.
High Accuracy NC Servo Feeding Unit
Dual groups of feeding rollers with hard chrome electroplated anti-slip surface. Original YASKAWA AC servo motor and servo driver, stable power output. High feeding precision up to ± 0.08mm, freely adjustable feeding length and speed, signal synchronous linkage with power press, closed-loop control without accumulated error.
Intelligent Mitsubishi PLC Control System
Original Mitsubishi PLC with large touch screen HMI operation panel. Supports parameter memory storage, real-time fault diagnosis and alarm, one-click parameter setting and calling. Complete safety protection functions: material tail automatic stop, overload protection and abnormal operation alarm.
