This 160-ton open single point crank punching machine meets Japanese JIS 1 class standards for safety, energy efficiency, stability, automation, and high precision.

Performance Features

High-strength fuselage structure with minimal deformation and high precision
OMPI pneumatic dry clutch brake system
Slider with 2-corner and 6-sided guides for enhanced stability
Slider guide featuring high-frequency quenching and rail grinding process for reduced wear and extended service life
Crankshaft made of high-strength alloy 42CrMo (1.3 times stronger than 45 steel)
Copper sleeve constructed from tin phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1 (1.5 times stronger than ordinary BC6 brass)
