This 80-ton closed double point crank punching machine meets Japanese JIS 1 class standards for safety, energy efficiency, stability, automation, and high precision.

Performance Features

High-strength fuselage structure with minimal deformation and high precision
Pneumatic wet clutch brake (integrated): environmentally friendly, non-polluting, low noise and long service life
Slider adopts four-corner eight-sided guides to carry large eccentric loads, ensuring long-term stable stamping accuracy
Slider guide features high-frequency quenching and rail grinding process for minimal wear and extended precision maintenance
Forced thin oil circulation lubrication system with energy saving, environmental protection, and automatic alarm functions
Crankshaft made of high-strength alloy 42CrMo, 1.3 times stronger than 45 steel
Copper sleeve made of tin phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1, 1.5 times stronger than ordinary BC6 brass
High-sensitivity hydraulic overload protection for extended punch and die life
