NC Servo Roller Feeder Machine
High Precision Pneumatic Release Metal Strip Feeder For Stamping Press
Machine Function
This NC servo roller feeder is high-precision auxiliary equipment matched with stamping press, working after the metal coil uncoiler. After the uncoiler releases the metal strip coil, this feeder accurately feeds fixed-length metal strip to the press automatically. It ensures uniform dimension of stamped parts, replaces manual feeding, and greatly improves production accuracy and efficiency.
Two Main Components
Roller Feeding Head (Left White Roller Unit)
  • Double chrome feeding rollers: Clamp metal strip tightly, driven by servo motor for stable feeding, wear-resistant surface without slipping, fit thin & thick metal strips
  • Pneumatic release cylinder: Lift top roller to release strip while press stamping, eliminate pulling deviation to guarantee tolerance
  • Thickness adjustment handwheels: Adjust roller gap to fit metal sheet from 0.1mm to 4.5mm, including cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum strip
  • Lifting ring: Convenient for crane & forklift transportation
Servo Control Cabinet (Right Vertical Cabinet)
The control core of the whole feeder:
  • Touch screen HMI: Directly set feeding length, speed, loop groups, minimum feeding tolerance 0.01mm
  • Start & emergency stop buttons: Red E-stop button cuts power instantly for safety
  • Built-in servo driver & PLC: Synchronize with press cam signal to match stamping rhythm perfectly
  • Mobile casters: Flexible cabinet movement for workshop installation
  • Yellow handheld controller: Manual jog feeding for threading and machine test without screen operation
Complete Working Flow With Uncoiler Production Line
  1. Uncoiler unwinds metal coil, feed strip through upper & lower rollers of servo feeder
  2. Input target feeding length & running speed on touch screen
  3. Press sends trigger signal, servo motor drives rollers to feed fixed length accurately
  4. While press punches parts, pneumatic cylinder lifts top roller to release strip and avoid stretching error
  5. After punching, rollers clamp strip again, automatic loop for 24h non-stop production
