Performance Features

1.Adopts high-strength frame structure with small deformation and high precision.
2.Equipped with OMPI pneumatic dry clutch and brake.
3.The slide adopts two-angle six-sided guide design. The slide guideway is processed by high-frequency quenching and guideway grinding technology, featuring low wear, high precision and long-term precision stability, which extends the service life of molds.
4.The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy steel 42CrMo, whose strength is 1.3 times higher than 45 steel with longer service life.
5.The copper sleeve is made of tin-phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1, with strength 1.5 times higher than ordinary BC6 brass.
6.Adopts high-sensitivity hydraulic overload protection device, which effectively protects the punching press and molds and prolongs their service life.
7.Air cushion die cushion is available as an option.
