STE series is a unitized closed straight-side two-point double crank precision press featuring an integrated heavy welded frame with stress relief annealing treatment. Adopting symmetrical double crank & double linkage driving structure, it meets JIS B 6402 Class 1 precision standard, featuring ultra-high rigidity, minimal deformation, excellent anti-offset load capacity, stable stamping, and long mold service life. Widely applied in automobile parts, motor stator & rotor, hardware, home appliance deep drawing and large-scale continuous stamping production lines. Tonnage range: 110T, 160T, 200T, 250T, 315T, 400T customizable.

• Ultra-Rigid Integrated Frame: Unitized closed H-type straight-side frame made of thick steel plate integral welding with overall stress relief annealing. Great structural rigidity, tiny elastic deformation, strong resistance to eccentric load, ensures long-term precision stability for heavy-duty stamping.
• Symmetrical Double Crank Drive Structure: Dual crankshafts & double connecting rods symmetric driving with well-balanced force distribution. Perfect for large working table, wide mold, thick plate stamping and deep drawing processes. Four-corner eight-face long guideway of slider ensures high verticality, parallelism and repeated positioning accuracy.
• High-Grade Core Components & Durability: Crankshaft & gear shaft made of forged 42CrMo alloy steel, quenched & tempered, hard oxidation and precision grinding for superior strength and wear resistance. Bushing: ZQSn10-1 phosphor bronze with low friction and excellent wear resistance. Slider height adjustment precision: ±0.1mm with digital display adjustment.
• Reliable Safety Transmission System: Equipped with dry pneumatic clutch & brake unit, imported dual solenoid valve for fast response and accurate engagement. Built-in hydraulic overload protection with automatic unloading and reset function. Balancing cylinders stabilize slider operation and reduce vibration and noise.
