Key Features

This series of precision leveling machines is specially designed for correcting thin materials such as stainless steel, copper, and aluminum, achieving a perfect leveling effect.
The leveling rollers are made of solid steel, undergo high-frequency treatment, quenching to HRC60°, grinding, and then hard chrome plating.
The leveling points are adjustable with screws and come with two dial indicators.
In addition to the upper and lower rollers, the leveling machine is also equipped with leveling auxiliary rollers to prevent the leveling rollers from bending and deforming due to excessive pressure, strengthening the leveling strength and lifespan of the rollers, and meeting the requirements for surface flatness of the sheet metal.
