QIAOSEN NCF series NC servo feeder is a high precision independent roller type servo feeder for metal coil stamping. Equipped with Japan Yaskawa servo system, 7-inch touch screen, pneumatic relaxation device and hard chrome plated feeding rollers. Provides accurate feeding (±0.1mm) and high speed (16m/min), compatible with all QIAOSEN press series (ST/STB/STD).

1. In manual mode, the operator feeds the tape into the machine using a switch that controls two pneumatic clamping cylinders and the feed motor.
2. Next, a control run is performed to reset the encoder value.
3. The operator sets the length and number of workpieces to be cut.
4. Presses "automatic start" to activate the automatic mode, and the machine starts working according to the entered data.
5. After cutting the last workpieces, the machine stops and switches to manual mode, then the operator can enter new order data or repeat the previous one.
