Automatic Coil Decoiler Material Rack for Steel Stainless Aluminum Coil Feeding

Product Overview

MT series decoiler serves as the starting equipment for automatic stamping lines. This system securely holds metal coils, locks them in place, and automatically releases material for downstream processing equipment. We offer both powered and non-powered types, with the powered model being the most widely used. The mandrel supports manual or hydraulic expansion to firmly lock coils and prevent slipping. Equipped with photo-electric sensors, the system automatically starts and stops unwinding based on material loop detection, requiring minimal manual supervision. The heavy-duty solid frame supports coil weights ranging from 500kg to 3000kg. Compatible with cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper coils. Must be used in conjunction with a straightener and NC servo feeder; cannot connect directly to a power press alone.
