Effectively prevents material scattering, scratching, and overlapping. Ideal for precision thin coil applications including terminals, connectors, motor laminations, stainless steel, copper strips, and aluminum coils.
Heavy steel plate welded structure with overall stress relief annealing ensures high stability and low vibration, suitable for long-term high-speed operation with MT series presses.
Four-piece expansion shaft structure with standard manual expansion or optional hydraulic automatic expansion. Fast and convenient coil loading/unloading with stable clamping for heavy coils.
Equipped with pneumatic material pressing arm, supporting arm, and photoelectric frequency conversion buffer loop. Ensures precise synchronous uncoiling with MT high-speed press feeding for stable tension and material protection.
