The STC series is QIAOSEN’s flagship open C-frame double-crank precision press, manufactured to both Chinese national standards and JIS Class 1 Japanese precision standards. Designed for large bolster size, excellent eccentric load resistance and high-precision progressive stamping, it covers tonnage ranging from 80T to 315T, with mainstream models including 110T, 160T, 200T and 250T. This series serves as the core production stamping equipment for mass production in hardware, auto parts, home appliance and electronics industries.

• Adopts high-strength frame structure with small deformation and high precision.
• Equipped with OMPI pneumatic dry clutch and brake.
• The slide adopts two-angle six-sided guide design. The slide guideway is processed by high-frequency quenching and guideway grinding technology, featuring low wear, high precision and long-term precision stability, which extends the service life of molds.
• The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy steel 42CrMo, whose strength is 1.3 times higher than 45 steel with longer service life.
• The copper sleeve is made of tin-phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1, with strength 1.5 times higher than ordinary BC6 brass.
• Adopts high-sensitivity hydraulic overload protection device, which effectively protects the punching press and molds and prolongs their service life.
• Air cushion die cushion is available as an option.
