The enterprise adopted “one model, one design" customized R&D mode, without unified modular platform standards. The enterprise independently built a universal basic mechanical platform for servo punch presses, formulated unified structural standards, size standards and assembly standards. On the basis of the general platform, flexible configuration of functional modules such as high-speed stamping module, micro-precision forming module, intelligent die protection module and energy-saving control module is realized. Screen and verify domestic high-quality suppliers for servo control systems, precision ball screws, pressure sensors and transmission components, carry out long-term continuous operation stability tests and precision retention tests. After 6 months of batch trial production and optimization, all core components realized full domestic substitution, breaking the long-term import monopoly.
Get rid of closed foreign system parameters, independently develop adaptive stamping control algorithms, realize dynamic adjustment of stamping speed, pressure and holding time according to different materials and processes. Optimize the slider motion curve and pressure balance parameters, further improve equipment operation precision and stability, and form enterprise exclusive core technical parameters.
