Product Overview

This wool-roller double-sided oil feeder serves as auxiliary equipment for stamping production lines. Installed between servo feeder and power press, it evenly applies stamping oil or drawing oil on both top and bottom sides of metal coil strips.

The system utilizes high-density wool rollers with excellent oil-absorbing performance, ensuring uniform oil distribution across the entire sheet surface. Oil volume is manually adjustable and operates synchronously with the punch press, eliminating the need for manual brushing. This design saves oil consumption and labor costs while effectively reducing mold wear and minimizing scratches and burrs on stamped parts.

Featuring a lightweight aluminum alloy frame, the unit easily mounts on existing feeding machines without significant production line modifications. Suitable for cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper sheets. Perfectly matches full-automatic decoiler-straightener-feeder-press stamping lines.
