The Qiaosen ST-160 is a 160-ton C-frame single crank precision power press designed for stable and high-efficiency metal stamping production. Adopting heavy-duty welded steel frame and stress-relief treatment, the machine features high rigidity, minimal deformation and long-term structural stability.
Compliant with JIS Class 1 precision standard, it is equipped with six-surface quenched and ground slide guides to ensure consistent stamping accuracy even under long continuous working conditions.
This press adopts high-performance pneumatic dry clutch brake system, providing fast response, stable start-stop operation and low running noise. The built-in hydraulic overload protection device effectively prevents machine and mold damage caused by overloading.
Equipped with intelligent touch control system, it supports jog, single stroke and continuous working modes for flexible production. ST-160 is highly compatible with full automatic feeding systems including decoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder and oil lubricator.
