MT-F Heavy Duty Uncoiler Machine With Manual Hydraulic Expansion Spindle

MT series heavy duty uncoiler is specially designed for MT series high speed power press automatic stamping line. Adopts heavy steel welded frame, motorized/hydraulic expansion spindle, pneumatic pressing arm, photoelectric buffer loop control and variable frequency speed regulation. Provides stable tension and synchronous uncoiling with MT high speed press (SPM 150-1000), effectively prevents material scattering, scratch and overlapping. Suitable for precision thin coil: terminal, connector, motor lamination, stainless steel, copper strip, aluminum coil.

  Heavy steel plate welded structure with overall stress relief annealing, high stability and low vibration, suitable for long-term high-speed matching operation with MT series presses.
• Manual / Hydraulic Expansion Spindle
  Four-piece expansion shaft structure, standard manual expansion type, optional hydraulic automatic expansion. Fast and convenient coil loading/unloading, stable clamping for heavy coils.
• Photoelectric Buffer & Synchronous Control
  Equipped with pneumatic material pressing arm, supporting arm and photoelectric frequency conversion buffer loop. Realizes precise synchronous uncoiling with MT high-speed press feeding, ensures stable tension and no material damage.

  Frequency conversion motor drive, stepless speed adjustable 0-15m/min. Closed-loop tension control, perfect matching with MT press high-speed feeding without slack or tension break.
