A leading South China home appliance manufacturer has achieved remarkable upgrades by adopting Dongguan Qiaosen Machinery’s STC Servo Series (C-Frame Double Crank) punch presses. The manufacturer, specializing in 1.0–3.0mm cold-rolled steel and 304 stainless steel structural parts (brackets, reinforcing plates), replaced old mechanical presses with 3 units of Qiaosen STC-200sv (200-ton) servo presses in early 2024, solving long-standing pain points of low precision, high defects, and high energy consumption.

The STC Servo Series, ranging from 110–315 tons, features a one-piece heavy steel frame, double crank structure, and direct servo drive, designed for wide progressive dies and large single-stroke parts. Key specs of STC-200sv: JIS Class 1 precision, fuselage deflection ≤0.025mm/m (110% load), repeat positioning accuracy ≤±0.003mm, full-load speed 55–65 SPM, energy consumption 0.72kWh/h, and full-load noise ≤72dB.

After 10 months of mass production, the manufacturer saw significant improvements: defect rate dropped from 0.6–0.8% to ≤0.02%, daily output per machine increased by 57.6% (from 9,200 to 14,500 pieces), mold life rose by 241%, and energy consumption decreased by 16.3%. The investment was fully recovered in 7 months.
