We use this 800mm feeder for heavy electrical cabinet sheet stamping with 3.2mm thick coil. After installation, the touch screen froze when loading long stamping recipes. The supplier remotely updated the control software free of charge. It works steadily on our automatic stamping line

We bought this 800mm NC servo roll feeder for thick steel chassis stamping, material up to 3.2mm. During commissioning, we experienced occasional material slip when feeding full thickness coil. Supplier engineer tuned roller pressure and servo torque online. The touch screen control makes recipe saving very convenient.
