STL Series Straight Side Single Point Precision Punch Press

Dongguan Qiaosen Machinery STL Series is a straight side single-point heavy precision punch press, specially developed for medium-large tonnage, deep drawing, thick plate forming and long-term stable mass production. Adopting integral straight-side closed frame, single crankshaft drive and high-rigidity eight-sided guide structure, it features small deformation, strong anti-eccentric load and permanent precision retention. Tonnage covers 160T–400T, fully complies with JIS Grade 1 precision standard. Widely used in home appliance shells, kitchenware deep drawing, auto parts, hardware forming and thick sheet metal processing. Perfectly matched with Qiaosen MT material rack, SML leveler and NC feeder to build full automatic stamping production line.
