1.Adopting high-strength body structure, with sma deformation and high accuracy

2.Adopting OMPI pneumatic dry clutch brake 

3.The sider adopts a heagonal guide path with two comers, and the sider guide adopts a "high-frequency quenching" and "all grinding proces": low wear, high accuracy, long accuracy retention time, and improved mold service life. 

4.The crankshaft is made of high-strength alloy material 42CrMo, which is 1.3 times stronger than 45 steel and has a longer service life 

5.The copper sleeve adopts tin phosphorus bronze Z0Sn10-1, which has a strength 1.5 times higher than ordinary 8C6 brass. 

6.Adopting a highly sensitive hydraulic overload protection device can efectively protect the service ife of the punching machine and mold 

7.Optional mold pad (air cushion).
